No-Frills Shopping, German Style:
I actually have been to an Aldi's back at home. The grocery store is a cheaper end grocery store and has just your very basic food necessities. I prefer not going there because the fruits and vegetables are not that fresh. I also did not like the fact that you have to buy your own bags.

How Not to Die on German Roads:
A few things that surprised me when reading was that pedestirans don't really have the right of way on German roads. It seems like they are very strict with the driving laws, although so are America driving laws. It is prefered in German to just take public transportaion.

Of German Lines and Pythons:

When waiting in line in Germany, Germans are very impatient and tend to be rude.
