In addition to the previous articles, the Kapitel 9 articles also showcase various German lifestyles. Personally, I think that it is an excellent idea to create/own a Leitz Ordner, but perhaps after you start high school instead of elementary school. A detailed outline of your life definitely has its merits, and it's a lot of better than forgetting everything you have done in your life! Next up is the 'Love Thy Neighbors' article. From one perspective, I can understand how showing respect to your neighbors is important. However, having some 'general' rules of what one can and can not do may be going overboard. Such as barbequing once a month; I love the smell of a hot grill and delicious food. Also, legal 'quiet time' from 1-3pm seems a little bit unnecessary. Lastly, I hope more Germans will show off their flags. For a country that prides itself on keeping organized, clean, and keeping above-par standards, a lack of national pride is odd.
