Love Thy Neighbor:
- Enjoy your property but excessive effects on neighbors is not allowed. (little things bother them)
- Quite time between 8 pm and 7 am, all Sundays, and holidays
- Generally can't clean your car
- Only grill once a month
- Keep the front of your house clean and tidy
- Shovel/salt between 7 am and 8 pm
- Talk to neighbors

Germany's Patriotism Problem:
- Berlin shys away from waving the German flag
- Germans don't have much patriotism
